In an attempt to serve the increasing number of tourists to Ti Top Island, there have been numerous high-end resorts, hotels, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, life-buoy renting, skydiving, or kayak facilities built recently.

Thirty-five years afterwards, on 27 June 1997, Ti Top returned to the island having his name. Deeply moved, he wrote in the souvenir book of the Management Board of Ha Long Bay: "My deepest thanks to destiny, which has allowed me to come back to this tiny island.” It has become a beach attracting many visitors.

- Với nhiệt độ đặt là 25oC và phòng được cách nhiệt tốt thì sau khoảng 45 phút nhiệt độ phòng đạt 25oC. Lúc này rô to nén giảm tốc độ --> giảm dòng điện tiêu thụ như vậy công suất lạnh được cấp ra đủ bù phần thất thoát trong không gian điều hoà. Phòng được cách nhiệt càng tốt thì nhu cầu công suất lạnh cần được cấp ra càng nhỏ --> càng tích kiệm điện. Như vậy mức tích kiệm công suất phụ thuộc vào điều kiện cách nhiệt của phòng điều hòa do vậy mức tích kiệm điện biến thiên 10~50%.
- Với điều hòa thông thường ngay thời điểm khởi động dòng điện bằng dòng điện định mức sau khoảng 45 phút nhiệt độ phòng đạt 25oC. Khi đạt nhiệt độ đặt máy nén dừng hoạt động sau khoảng thời gian vài phút nhiệt độ phòng tăng lên máy nén lại hoạt động trở lại. Máy nén của may dieu hoa tu dung thông thường luôn hoat động ở 100% tải nên tiêu thụ điện năng nhiều hơn.

1. Vì máy nén hoạt động liên tục lên ở dàn lạnh năng suất lạnh luôn được cấp ra, nhiệt độ phòng luôn duy trì ở mức ổn định cho nên cảm thấy rất dễ chịu.
2. Khi đạt nhiệt độ đặt của phòng máy nén hoạt động ở tốc độ thấp nên dàn ngoài sẽ chạy rất êm.
3. Dòng khởi động máy nén thấp nên không gây sụt điện áp và an toàn cho dây dẫn điện.
Nhược điểm:
1. Giá thành cao, hệ thống mạch điện điều khiển phức tạp khó sửa chữa khi hỏng hóc.
2. Đối với loại máy dùng gas R410a thì chi phí nạp ga bổ sung nhiều (khoảng 400.000 một lần bổ sung ga).
3. Nếu không dùng liên tục thì chi phí giảm tiền điện cũng không đáng kể
Nhược điểm của điều hòa thông thường.
1. Do có thời điểm đóng ngắt máy nén lên nhiệt độ phòng cũng thay đổi. Ở những vị trí không khí lạnh thổi trực tiếp vào sẽ có cảm giác rõ rệt sự biến thiên nhiệt độ --> không tạo cảm giác dễ chịu.
2. Mỗi lần máy nén khởi động dòng điện khởi động luôn bằng 1.5 dòng định mức lên gây sụt điện, không an toàn cho dây điện - dieu hoa Panasonic chinh hang
ưu điểm của điều hòa thông thường.
1. Giá cả hợp lý, hệ thống điện đơn giản, phụ kiện thay thế dễ tìm dễ sửa chữa, dễ bảo dưỡng. Chi phí bảo dưỡng cả nạp ga bổ sung khoảng 200.000 là thoải mái.
2. Sử dụng ít (đối với miền Bắc) kết hợp cách sử dụng hợp lý cũng có thể cho chi phí tiền điện giảm xuống mức tối ưu.

Ben Tre province is made up of three main islands wedged between the Tien Giang River to the north and to Co Chien River to the south with the Ham Luong River running straight down the centre. All are effectively offshoots of the Mekong River cruise as it splits out into many fingers before spilling out into the South China Sea.

Famous for its coconut desserts, the province is suitably covered in coconut trees. During the war these coconut trees were used to make coconut oil which was then used as a valuable substitute for kerosene. Read more: Travel South Vietnam

Verdant and flat, the province is mostly given over to rice and fruit cultivation, though being an island province, fishing is another mainstay of the local economy. Traditional Mekong life is the norm here and it's a very unadulterated scene -- wandering the market, sipping the coffee, doing a boat trip and skipping through the local museum are the main pastimes.

As far as exploring the Delta is concerned, Ben Tre is a dead-end province. Once you've experienced all the province has to offer, you'll need to turn around and head back through My Tho to get any further into the Delta. That's not to suggest it isn't worth visiting -- it is. For starters you can do boat trips from here for a fraction of the price of a trip from My Tho (either organised through Ben Tre Tourist, or via the boatmen at the pier) and, with its large network of minor canals, there's a lot of scope for riverine exploration. There's also a small museum and a pleasing riverfront worth investigating. Mekong Eyes cruise

First things first -- Ben Tre town is clean -- it's as if somewhere between the My Tho ferry crossing and downtown you pass through a cleanliness vortex -- the roads are spotless, the pavements are tiled and smooth and there's little refuse -- even in the market.

Secondly, there's not really all that much to do in Ben Tre. There's boat trips, a pagoda, a small museum, a good market and lots of friendly people, but overall there's not enough here to justify a stay of more than a night or so.

The main advantage of coming here is that the boat trips are far cheaper than in My Tho and you can pretty much visit the same spots. If you're on a budget, Ben Tre is a far better base than My Tho -- it's a pleasant enough place, with a small town charm, that makes it an allround reasonable spot for those with enough time on their hands to dawdle slowly through the Delta.
