So when my mom asked us what wanted to eat the weekend after thanksgiving dinner, we immediately required some “banh cuon”. “Banh cuon” is a very bright crepe often with pork, pepper, and onions and eaten with Vietnamese ham, steamed bean sprouts, and cucumbers. Besides, you can get a famous dish for their “banh cuon” is called “banh cuon Thanh Tri”, which is different from basic steamed roll rice.  Vegetarians can avoid the meat element by responded for steamed roll rice and it can’t change the flavor of this dish.
